I have a studio available from early May to late August. It is located on North Pinckney St by East Gilman St which is about seven minutes from the capitol and a fifteen minute walk to campus. The apartment is sunny with large windows and a big bathroom. It comes furnished and with all utilities included at $615 per month. I would prefer a subletter that could rent June through August, if possible. I would be happy send more information or pictures of the apartment too!

I am an MFA student at UW-Madison and am currently looking for a summer-language-program student that might need a short-term accommodation for this summer. I will be gone from June 1st to August 16th for an artist residency abroad and am hoping for someone to board for these months. The apartment is near the capitol, on N. Butler Street and just off of E. Johnson. It is also near James Madison Park and the Children's Museum. It is within walking distance to campus (about 20 minutes) with multiple bus stops nearby that can take someone to campus in 10 minutes. The area is quiet, amongst older houses and the available room is away from the street as well. There are two small convenience stores near the apartment and a grocery store (Festival Foods) within less than a 15 minute walk. The apartment includes an in-house washer/dryer and a parking spot. The rent is $530 for each month (only half for August - $265). The apartment will be shared with my roommate, who is an international PhD student at UW-Madison. We are looking for a fellow female non-smoker. I hope this is helpful to any students in your program who may still be looking for a place to stay while in Madison. Thank you for passing this information along. Anyone interested can feel free to contact me at cheinrichs@wisc.edu.

Two rooms available in 3 BR East Side House, right near the Willy Street Co-op. I will be gone for the whole summer, from late May until the end of August, and I'd like to sublet my room (10' x 13') for $600/month (pro-rated for fractions of months, if applicable). There is also one smaller room (7' x 10.5'), which could be rented for $400/month. I have one apartment mate (male, early 30s) who'll be living there this summer. Pictures (and video tour? sure, why not!) available on request. Please e-mail if interested: wshattuck@wisc.edu Map: https://goo.gl/maps/rdD6YRPVqRM2

Looking for sublets:

I'm coming to SEASSI this summer and I'm looking for a sublet in Madison June-mid August. (or mid June-mid August.) I'm a 32 year old PhD student at the Ohio State University. I'm a quiet, tidy, reliable, mostly vegetarian non-smoker. I also have references, good credit and a clean rental history (if you need to verify any of that). I will be bringing my sweet old dog Annie Boots. She?s 40 lbs, about 10 years old, and very well trained and affectionate. She will be crated whenever I,m at school. I'll be in Madison this week to see places Tuesday-Thursday (5/9-511)

Hi, I am looking for a sublet or room to stay in from June 17, 2017 to August 11, 2017. I do not require much, but would of course need a room with a bed and access to a bathroom and kitchen. I am willing to negotiate rent, depending on what is available. Hope to hear from some of you soon!

Hi, I am looking for a furnished sublet for the summer (from June 18 - August 12). I am looking for a place near campus on Monroe Street or in the Vilas neighborhood. I would prefer to have my own place but I am flexible as long as the accommodation is clean. I would like to have my own room and access to a kitchen and bathroom. Please contact me if you have or know of any available sublets. Thank you.

Looking for a sublet for the summer (approx. June 18th - August 12th). A single room would be ideal, but I'm flexible, and essentially just looking for a clean place that has a bed and access to a kitchen and bathroom. Also ideally looking for an included parking spot, but I know those are tough to come by in Madison. I'd be willing to pay somewhere around $700 for the eight weeks, but this is negotiable depending on the situation. Thanks!
