Indonesian Bandung Excursion

Indonesian students visit a local Indonesian restaurant, Bandung, and learn the tradition and history of tempeh – an Indonesian dish made by deep-frying fermented soybeans. Students will have the opportunity to meet with the family who owns the restaurant to learn about tempeh, followed by a tempeh-making demo and tasting session.
