SEASSI Poetry Night

Join us for an evening of classic and original poetry and songs in Southeast Asian languages at Poetry Night, a longstanding SEASSI tradition!
Poetry Night will take place at the Lowell Center, 610 Langdon St., rooms Isthmus North & South.
* Poems and songs must be in a Southeast Asian language, and their meaning must be translated into English (word for word not necessary)
* No computer projection or electric instruments (microphones and a boombox for cellphone audio will be provided, for back-up music)
* Each performance should not exceed 5 minutes
* No more than two separate performances per person
* Performers should plan to arrive by 6:45pm for the MC to arrange poems into language-mixed topic categories
